How does the payroll year end process work in Bokio?

The month 12 payroll or any annual payroll in Bokio is automatically marked as a Final Payroll.

However, if you have an earlier payroll in the year that is actually the final payroll you still have the option to mark it as final by clicking on the arrow next to Submit RTI FPS to HMRC. HMRC will then be notified that this is the final payslip of the year.

Once you have successfully submitted the final payroll of the year, you can then go to step 3 Record payroll journal entry and you can click on “…” and then Download P60.

The P60 can then be sent to the director who can use it to help prepare their tax return.
