Bokio was founded in Gothenburg in 2015 with the goal of creating an innovative, easy-to-use accounting service that simplifies running a business through automated financial services.

We’ve come a long way since then! Bokio launched in the UK, merged with Red Flag, and has over 80 employees in Gothenburg and Stockholm.

Our all-in-one solution makes it simple to manage accounting, invoicing, expenses and more. We help entrepreneurs manage their finances so they can get back to running their business.

Capital injection

We receive our first major investment from backers including Creandum and Svea Ekonomi to increase development and reach more companies than ever.

Beginning of Bokio

Bokio is founded by Viktor Stensson, Mikael Eliasson, Emma Rozada and Joel Rozada. One of the founders ran his own company and was frustrated with how complicated it was to do his tax. So they decided to change the industry.
