Recording bank transactions in Bokio manually

When importing bank transactions (either manually or with bank feeds), all transactions are listed under Transactions to record. This page can be found under Bank feeds, or alternatively you can find the page in your Things to do.

If you choose to record transactions manually you can only record one transaction at a time. First you tick the transaction that you wish to record, then click on the Manual tab. We will then automatically fill the bank line of the journal entry and you simply need to select the other side of the journal entry (in the example below bank charges).

Once this balances you can click Record transaction and this will then confirm the journal entry.
