New features! Create drafts and filter expenses
In this week’s release, we made changes to our expenses feature so you can create drafts and filter expenses. Plus, you can now mark supplier invoices as scheduled for payment straight from your Things to do.
New expenses features
We’ve made some exciting updates to our expenses features!
Create draft expenses
To create a draft expense simply upload your documents as normal, and click Save as draft in the top right corner. You can also delete the draft if you want to.
Now you can filter expenses and see a summary of all expenses that match a current search. This will help you check against your bank statements.
You can filter expenses in a certain time period in both All expenses and My expenses. To filter out pending expenses use the All expenses tab.
Supplier invoices from Things to do
You can now mark supplier invoices as scheduled for payment from your Things to do. Just click on “...” on the invoice, and click Mark as scheduled for payment.
