Bokio UK is closing on 30 June
We’ve made the difficult decision to close Bokio UK on 30 June 2026.
After this date, Bokio will no longer be available for UK users. This decision only affects Bokio UK. Bokio will continue to operate for users in Sweden.
What happens next?
You’ll be able to continue using Bokio UK until 30 June 2026. If you have an active paid subscription, we’ll refund the remaining subscription period from 18 May 2026 onwards to the card connected to your account. Your access to Bokio until closure will not be charged.
Before then, we recommend that you:
- Download any reports, invoices, receipts, and accounting records you want to keep
- Complete or export any bookkeeping records you need for your company
- Save copies of important documents stored in your account
- Review any recurring invoices, bank connections, or workflows that may be affected
- Move your bookkeeping to another provider before Bokio UK closes
After 30 June, you’ll no longer be able to access Bokio UK.
We recommend downloading your records before this date. You do this by simply going to Settings > Export. We’ll continue to handle personal data in line with our privacy policy and legal obligations.
A smooth transition to Tide
To help with the transition, we’ve arranged an exclusive offer with Tide where Bokio UK users can get 9 months of Tide Accounting for free, plus £100.

Tide offers business finance and accounting tools for small businesses, and this offer is available to help you move to a new solution before Bokio UK closes.
