Priority support is invoiced in advance once a year.
The agreement is valid from the day you sign up for Priority Support and applies until further notice. If the agreement is not terminated no later than the day before a new period begins your subscription will be automatically renewed for another 12 months.
Bokio will answer questions through email within 24 hours during Monday to Friday. In case we won’t be able to answer your questions within 24 hours you will be notified by email and the support case will be started to provide an answer as soon as possible.
In order for us to be able to see that you are a Priority customer, it’s important that you send support questions from the email you are registered with in Bokio.
